SLIDING WOOD PATIO DOOR LOCKSETS
Sliding wood patio door locksets are available in single point locking or 3 multi-point
locking. Single point mortise mechanism has a 50mm (2") backset. Turning the lever or
knob opens the door. The door is locked with a thumb turn cylinder. Single point
styles are Ambassador, Astoria, Beverly, Brentwood, California, Chateau, Florentine,
Malibu, Mandalay, Monterey, Palace, Plaza, Riviera, Santa Fe and Westbury.
The Embassy mechanism backset is 1-5/8". The 3 multi-point locking mortise mechanism
has a 50mm (2") backset. Lifting the lever to the vertical position opens the door and
the handle can be used as a door pull. When the lever is returned to the horizontal
position, all 3 locking points are engaged and can be locked with the thumb turn cylinder.
The 3 multi-point styles are Ambassador, Astoria, Beverly, Brentwood, Chateau, Florentine,
Mandalay, Monterey, Palace, Plaza, Riviera, Santa Fe and Westbury.
ENTRANCE/SWING WOOD PATIO DOOR LOCKSETS
Entrance/swing locksets are available in single point locking or 5 multi-point
locking. Single point locking mortise mechanisms are available in the
following backsets: 25mm (1 "),40mm (1 -1/2"),45mm (1 -3/4"),50mm (2")
and 60mm (2-3/8"). Turning the lever or knob activates the latch. Turning
the cylinder engages a deadbolt. Single point locking styles are Ambassador,
Astoria, Beverly, Brentwood, California, Chateau, Florentine, Malibu, Mandalay,
Monterey, Palace, Plaza, Riviera, Santa Fe and Westbury. The 5 multi-point
locking entrance/swing mortise mechanisms are available with 50mm (2") &
60mm (2-3/8") backsets. A solid brass mechanism faceplate is visible on the
entire edge of the door stile. As the cylinder is turned, the geared ratio
balanced mechanism simultaneously engages all 5 locking points with ease.
The 5 multi-point locking entrance/swing styles are Ambassador, Astoria,
Beverly, Brentwood, Chateau, Florentine, Malibu, Mandalay, Monterey, Palace,
Plaza, Riviera, Santa Fe and Westbury.
PASSAGE DOOR LATCHSETS
Passage sets are available
with 2-3/8" backset tubular latch or a mortise mechanism latch in the
following backsets: 40mm (1-1/2"), 45mm (1 -3/4"), 50mm (2") and 60mm
(2-3/8"). Turning the lever or knob opens the door. The passage latchset
styles are Ambassador, Astoria, Beverly, Brentwood, California, Chateau,
Florentine, Mandalay, Monterey, Palace, Plaza, Riviera, Santa Fe, and Westbury.
PRIVACY SETS FOR BATHROOM OR BEDROOM DOORS
Privacy sets are available
in single point locking mortise mechanisms in the following backsets: 40mm
(1 -1/2"), 45mm (1 -3/4"), 50mm (2") and 60mm (2-3/8"). Turning the lever or
knob operates the latch. The thumb turn with an emergency release operates
the privacy bolt. Privacy set styles are Ambassador, Astoria, Beverly,
Brentwood, Chateau, Florentine, Mandalay, Monterey, Palace, Plaza,
Riviera, Santa Fe and Westbury.
